摘要
改革开放以来,河南省职工人数迅速增加,职工工资快速提高,多种经济形式应运而生并引起分配的多元化,不同所有制职工工资收入差距趋于上升,但差距程度仍然较小。
The staff's average wage has been increasing rapidly since the Third Plendry Session of the Eleventh central Committee in Henan Province.Its gap is widening gradually in different systems of ownership.However,average distribution still exists,and the disparity degree is lower in the country.
