ＨＩＶ－１是目前ＡＩＤＳ流行的主要病原体。疑诊ＨＩＶ－１急性感染，用定量ＨＩＶ－１ＲＮＡ或ｐ２４抗原检测可缩短诊断时间。一旦确诊，应考虑早期采用以免疫为基础的联合治疗。

HIV1 infection is the mainly aetiology of AIDS pandemic. If acute HIV1 infection is suspected, the use of quantitative HIV1 RNA testing or, p24 antigen testing_ allows for the diagnosis of acute HIV1 infection before standard ELISAs detect HIV1 antibodies.
