事故倾性与外周血神经递质水平关系的研究 被引量:26

摘要 目的 探讨事故倾性者易发事故与其体内神经递质的关系。方法 对46 名事故倾性成人和71 名事故倾性儿童分别以1∶1 配对比较,测定体内的神经递质水平。结果 事故组不论是成人还是儿童体内多巴胺水平都较对照组低,事故组成人体内5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平较安全组显著性偏低,事故组儿童较安全组儿童体内5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)显著性偏低,各组人群中肾上腺素(E)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)的差别均无显著性。结论 机体内多巴胺水平的差异可能是易发事故的预测指标。 Objective To explore the relationship between the accident proneness and neurotransmitter. Method A case control study was conducted on the levels of 5 HT、5 HIAA、DA、NE、E in blood in 46 accident prone drivers, 71 accident prone children and pair matched controls. Results The level of DA in accident groups was significantly lower than that of control ones in adults and children, the level of 5 HT in blood of the accident prone drivers was significantly lower than that in safe drivers, the levels of 5 HIAA in accident proneness children were significantly lower than in safe children. The level of E and NE in all groups had no significant difference. Conclusion The level of dopamine may be a predictable index of more attack accident.
