父母从业状况对儿童伤害影响的调查

An investigation on parent's occupation influencing injury of children

目的 了解父母从业状况对儿童伤害的影响。方法 采用整群抽样调查广东汕头市３ 所中小学２ ５５３名７～１６岁儿童的伤害情况和其父母的从业状况。结果 单位负责人和个体及商业工作者子女无论是总的意外伤害率，还是在不同地点的意外伤害率，或是由于不同原因造成的意外伤害率普遍高于其他职业者子女，而工农渔业者子女较低，无业者子女的意外伤害率处于中等偏下。结论 父母的从业状况是影响儿童意外伤害发生的重要因素。

Objective To study how the parents' occupations influence the injury of children. Methods An investigation was presented to 2 553 7～16 year old children and their parents in this paper. Results The unintentional injury rates of officer's and merchant's children were higher, and the rates of worker's, farmer's and fisher's children were lower. Comparing with the different occupation of their parents, the differences of children's injury rates in home and school were significant, and the injury rates in the course of playing, riding, exercising, houseworking and eating had significant differences. Conclusion The data indicate that the parent's occupation was an important factor affecting unintentional injury of children. It must be paid attention to.
