加强对CCSDS标准的认识与研究

Incresing the Research on the CCSDS Standard

ＣＣＳＤＳ标准是国际空间数据系统咨询委员会针对航天测控通信提出的一个广泛的技术先进的标准，文中简述其发展背景及其发展的历程。它建立了ＣＣＳＤＳ版本包、空间信道编码、虚拟信道概念，采用统一数据流思想，实现了航天测控、通信数据的综合传输与交换，大大简化空地设备与任务保障系统，为航天任务的动态调控与国际合作奠定了基础。作者对我国及早应用ＣＣＳＤＳ标准的必要性、合理性和可能性作了说明，并认为是紧迫的。为此，提出了六项建议，希望大力开展对ＣＣＳＤＳ标准的研究和应用。

In this paper,the developed background of the standardization of space telecommunication and TT&C (Telemetry,Tracking and Command)are shortly described at first,then the progress of the CCSDS standards from COS (Conventional Orbiting Systems)to AOS (Advanced orbiting Systems)is introduced.The historical significance,characteristics,and the probable developments of the CCSDS standards are expected.The necessity rationality,and possibility of the application of the CCSDS standards are discussed.At the end,some recommendations are presented.
