摘要 IN nature, there are many coexisting examples of petroleum with metallic ore deposit. There are metallicore deposits in the border and interior of many petroliferous basins, such as the bedded Pb-Zn ore depositin carbonate rock, gold sulfide ore deposit in black shale, cinnabar deposit, copper sandstone, kupferschiefer ore deposit, etc. (Tang Kuilian, 1995). The liquid hydrocarbon all was found in the Pb-Zn oredeposit, Mercury deposit, Carlin gold deposit (Shi Jixi et al., 1995) as well as the beds adjacentto them. There are a large number of bitumen and organic inclusions with hydrocarbon in the low-temperature Hg-Sb-Au ore concentrated district in southwestern margin to Yangtze platform. Fu Jiamao (1988)thought that they are remains after the ancient oil reservior destructed. In pace with constantly finding thecoexisting phenomena of metallic ore deposit and petroleum as well as further studying the relationship between both of them, it is progressively known that there are close links between oil/gas field and
