摘要
论述了装甲装备技术保障体系中信息化建设的地位、作用及特点,探讨了加速装甲装备技术保障体系信息化建设的思路和方法,从编制体制、设施设备建设、人才培养等方面,提出了建立装甲装备技术保障信息系统的具体建议,并研究了装甲装备技术保障系统的内容和系统建设的总体规划。
In the paper, the position, functions and characteristics of the information system are discussed, the methods to speed up the construction of the information system are expounded, practical proposals are put forward in the aspects of organization system, facility and equipment construction program of armor equipment technology support system are studied.
