In order to improve the adhesive strength of diamond like carbon (DLC) on stainless steel,the Stainless steel Si SiC DLC gradient biomaterial was prepared by means of radio frequency plasma chemical vapor deposition(R.F.PCVD).The experimental result shows that the adhesive strength has obviously increased,and both the wearability and biocompatibility of this gradient biomaterial can meet the needs of artificial mechanical heart valve(AMHV).
