四氢呋喃对大鼠贮脂细胞增殖及胶原合成的影响

THE EFFECTS OF TETRAHYDROFURAN ON PROLIFERATION AND COLLAGEN SYNTHESIS OF RAT LIVER FAT STORING CELLS

目的 研究药物溶剂四氢呋喃对体外培养的贮脂细胞增殖及胶原合成的影响。方法 分离培养大鼠肝脏贮脂细胞,以不同浓度的四氢呋喃、二甲基亚砜、乙醇处理、检测[~3H]胸腺核苷酸及[~3H]脯氨酸的掺入值,了解四氢呋喃对贮脂细胞增殖及胶原合成的影响。结果 四氢呋喃与常用药物溶剂二甲基亚砜、乙醇相比,在浓度为0.1％时,对贮脂细胞的增殖及胶原合成无影响。结论 四氢呋喃可作为胡萝卜素等药物溶剂用于贮脂细胞增殖及胶原合成的体外实验研究。

Objective To study the effects of tetrahydrofuran on proliferation and collagen synthesis of fat storing cell(FSC) in vitro. Methods After being isolated and cultured,the FSC were treated with different concentration of tetrahydrofuran(THF) ,dimethylsufoxied(DMSO) and ethyl alcohol(EA). The effects of THF on proliferation and collagen synthesis of FSC were evaluated by[3H]-TdR and [3H]-proline incorporation. Results At the concentration of 0. 1 % ,THF had no effects on proliferation and collagen synthesis of FSC compared with DMSO and EA. Conclusion THF could be used as solvent of carotene in FSC experiment in vitro.
