Isolation and determination of HNa strain infectious bronchitis virus in chickens

本文从发生以肾病变为主的鸡群中分离到了IBV,经电镜观察、生物学特性试验、理化试验、血清中和试验、RT-PCR及RFLP分析、动物回归试验等证明该毒株为肾型IBV,血清型属于Gray株。

A HNa strain of infectious bronchitis virus was isolated from chickens which suffered from kidnhey lesions.The HNa strain was determined by electro-microscope,biological activities test,physical and chemical activities test,viral neutralization,reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis, and infectiouschickens test.The results showed that the HNa strain is a nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis virus.The HNa has anidentical serotype with the Gray strain of infectious bronchitis.
