薄壳结构在流道模板中的应用

Application of Sell Structure in Shuttering in Flow Channel

轻型薄壳承力结构首次在湖北省王甫洲水电站灯炮贯流式机组主机段流道面立模中应用。这里的“薄壳”主要指承载机构而言，其结构材料用３ｍｍ厚钢板为面板，(２２钢筋作圆弧骨架，Ｌ６３×４０×５角钢为面板失稳加劲肋。结构为整体式钢模，经济效益显著，加工制作简单，立、拆模节省时间，刚度好——承载时主要是轴压应变的变形，远比普通抗弯结构变形小，值得在水电施工的各种大面积异形面立模中推广。

Light sell loaded structure was first used for shuttering in flow channel of turbine bay, Which isbulb-- type through flow one, in Wangfuzhou Hydropower Station, Hubei Province. There sell means loadedstructure, its materials are steel plate with thickness of 3mm for face, steel bar of 22 for redial frame, rolledangle of L63×40×5 for stiffening rib. The advantages of this interrating steel form are less cost, manufacturesimplicity, less time for shuttering and removal of form, and larger stiffness (when it is loaded, itsdeformation is axial strain, less than that of bending structure). It is worth to apply sell structures inshuttering for forms with large unusual face.
