摘要
从运动解剖学角度分析原动肌力量大小和对抗肌伸展性不足是影响短跑步幅的主要因素, 指出增大步幅、提高短跑速度可以通过改善下肢对抗肌的伸展性和提高原动肌肌力来实现。
It affects on the step Length in sprit that active muscles have poor strength and antagontative muscles can not stretch enough.The contradiction will be analyzed anatomically and it is pointed out that the speed in the sprint can be improved by strengthening the active muscles and develope antagontatwe muscles' stretchousness.
