The Exploration of Specified Teaching Model in Sports Class

通过对普通高等学校体育课教学模式的研究， 指出专项课的教学模式应真正适合大学生对体育的需求， 体育课应为大学生提供更好的锻练形式， 并为大学生终身的健身活动奠定良好的基础。

Through the teaching model in sports class in universities is analyzed,it is pointed out that the teaching model for specification should meet the need of what students want.In other words sports class should offer students better exercise chance in better forms in order to lay solid foundation of student's health.
