针对学术期刊 （光盘版） 规范虽然详尽、具体， 但是比较繁琐的特点， 逐一分析了数据标识格式、排印位置及数据项标识中应注意的问题， 特别是解读和注释了 《规范》中比较隐匿或容易引起歧义的概念， 便于使用者理解和掌握。

Though academic journal(disk version)is concrete,it is rather complicated.This paper analyses data marking formula,printing position and some problems worthy of attention in the course of marking data of attention in the course of marking data.Specially,the paper explains some vague,ambiguous concepts in the “Formalization” so that readers can understand and grasp them.
