摘要
分析了学生在学习跨栏中产生状态焦虑的原因, 提出了控制状态焦虑的方法和手段, 其目的在于减轻学生对跨栏学习的畏惧心理, 提高教学质量。
Based on analyzing the factors leading to students' psychological fear in hurdle crossing learning,the paper is intended to work out effective methods to reduce students' fear in hurdle crossing learning. In the conclusion of the paper,some suggestions will be made.
