42式太极拳延缓老年人体能衰退的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 对14 名老年人闭目金鸡独立、常态步幅、立正膝间距、握力、双腿直立体前屈、俯卧撑等6 项指标进行了研究。结果显示:老年人进入60 岁以后运动平衡能力都比较低,但是经过9 个月的42 式太极拳锻炼, 各项指标都有所提高。其中, 闭目金鸡独立、常态步幅、双腿直立体前屈3 项指标与锻炼前相比差异显著。 By studying the six indexes of fourteen old ages standing on one foot,walking with natural steps,standing at attention with space between knee joints,griping power,standing straightly to bent over to reach ground with two palms and the push up,the author find,that the old age over sixty have low capacity on balance, however,it is found that after nine months practice of Taiji 42,all the indexes have improved and among the indexes,standing on one foot with eyes closed,walking with natural steps and standing straightly to reach ground with two palms have indicated great improvement after pactising Taiji 42.
