教师在高等学校中处于十分重要的地位，作为高校文献信息中心的图书馆强化对这部分读者群的服务，能够取得事半功倍的服务效益，把为教学和科研服务落到实处。

Teachers are playing a significant role in high education. That college libraries ,documents and information center, sever the teachers, leads to do half as much work but produce twice as much effect for their teaching work and research.
