摘要
表现力是影响健美操运动员表演效果的重要因素之一。笔者通过多年的健美操教学与训练实践，总结出培养健美操运动员表现力的三种方法，在此提出来与同仁们商榷。
Expressive ability is one of the important factors that affect the aerobic exercise gymnasts perforance results.Theree methods have been obtained during the long term of exercise teaching and training practice,these methods have been proved to be very effective to develop aerobic exercise gymnasts' expressive ability.Now i put it forward and consult with you all.
