Construction Technology Introduction to Concrete Face Rockfill Dam of Tianshengqiao Ⅰ Hydropower Station

介绍天生桥一级水电站混凝土面板堆石坝工程施工中铜片止水的制作与安装、400m超长垂直水平位移计的埋设与安装、有轨滑模浇筑趾板混凝土及ⅡA料削坡———激光导向反铲的应用等几种先进的施工技术。实践证明,这几种典型的施工技术均在缩短工期、节省原材料。

Some advanced construction technology of concrete face rockfill dam of Tianshengqiao Ⅰ Hydropower Station is introduced in this paper such as manufacture and installation of copper sheer water stop,embedding and installation of vertical level displacement meter with length of 400 m,placement plinth using slip form with track as well as Ⅱ A material scaling using reverse scraper directed by laser.Practice proved that the technology played improtant role in shorting construction period,saving materials and improving quality.
