肝脏替代疗法中的免疫相关问题及对策

摘要目前,对暴发性肝衰竭(fulminant hepatic failure,FHF)仍没有特效治疗方法。国外多家单位致力于肝移植、肝细胞移植和人工肝支持等肝脏替代疗法研究,并取得不同程度的进展。但肝脏替代疗法中引入外源性的生物材料(供体肝、肝细胞等)和生物工程材料(活性炭、树脂等)必然与机体免疫系统发生相互作用,产生副反应并影响治疗的效果。本文就此问题进行了综述。一、肝移植中的免疫排斥反应及对策国外为FHF施行紧急原位肝移植(emergency orthotopic liver transplantaion,E-
