在多年的实验教学探索和改革中,通过对体育院系专业基础理论实验教学方法的研究,采用改变学生被动的心理定式;调动学生的积极性;开设综合性实验课;把科研成果纳入实验内容等形式,加强了学生能力的培养,提高了学生综合素质。为学生将来独立承担中学教学工作奠定了基础。

The author studied the methodology of Experimentation Teaching in fundamental theory in Physical Education Institutes and Departments for many years and thus intends to improve students' abilities in many ways such as transforming students to active mentality-formula, arousing their interests,setting some all round experimentations and so on.
