摘要
蹲踞式起跑是短跑运动员在比赛中常用的一种起跑方式,运用得当,能在短时间内获得人本体的最高速度。如何较好地完成起跑动作,提高短跑速度,关键在于运动员正确掌握各项技术,并在人体中枢神经指挥下,科学合理地协调人体各运动器官共同参予。经过分析,指出蹲踞式起跑要合理调配各相关因素。
Squat start is a common start way for short race sportsman. Using properly, they can gain the highest speed in a very short time . The key to complete the start movements and increase the speed is that the athletes should master all the skills. After analysis, the author points out the relative factors that should be adjusted in squat start
