摘要
通过对女子400m栏运动员宋英兰力量训练尝试,表明力量训练在准备期中,占总训练量的40—50%较为合理;一般力量、最大力量、快速力量、速度力量耐力、专项力量分阶段进行,有机结合;完成动作的速率在力量训练中尤为值得重视和认真对待;力量训练要科学组合,避免训练方法单调,破坏训练效果。
This article summarizes the trial of Son Yinglan's force training in female 400 - metre-handle race. It proved that during the preparation for force training, force training covers from 40 per cent to 50 per cent of the total amount of training is quite resonable. From general force to greatest force, from fast force to speed force stamina and special force,all these are combined organically. The rate of action is well worth noticing and making a serious study. Force training needs scientific combination in order to avoid the dull training and bad training result.
