General colleges neglected the wounded, sicked, maimed and week students' P. E. Class for a long time. So studing how to offer' health P. E. class for a long time. So studing how to offer' health P. E. course' for these kinds of students is very necessary. In-order to provide reference basis for offering ' health P.
