摘要
蹲踞式跳远是大学普通班体育课程的主要教学内客,传统的蹲踞式教学隔断了知识的完整性,不利于提高成绩。改革后的教法能调动学生的主动性。文章运用实验法,通过对两组被测对象的比较分析,指出改革后的教学效果优于传统教学法。 苏州大学。
Squat long- jump is the important teaching content of college normal class. The traditional teaching method seprated the integraty of the knowledge and is disadvantagous to improve the achievement. The essay points out that the teaching effect is better after reform by using experiment way and analysing two different objects being tested.
