School physical education is an important part of school education. School physical education in our country has a very long history, and it evolves into a system with social advances and the constant development of education. This article , by employing the documents method, explains and expounds the contents and the developing courses of school physical education in its different phases,and also offers benefical referrence to the full scale understanding at school physical education history in our country.
