摘要
目的:合成雌甾-β-溴乙基醚,并代化反应条件。方法:采用相转移催化和非相转移催化两种反应条件。结果:成功地在两种反应条件下合成了雌-β-溴乙基醚.结论:TBAB催化下,50%氢氧化钠溶液作碱,甲苯中80℃反应为较佳反应条件。
Objective: To synthesize estra-β-bromoethyl ether and to find the best reactive condi-tions. Methods: The methods such as phase transfer catalytic alkylation and homogeneous phase alkylation were used. Results: Estra-β-bromoethyl ether was synthesized successfully under these two conditions. Conclusion: The reaction was performed better in toluene at 80℃ when TBAB was used as catalyzer and 50% NaOH was used as base.
