摘要
目的:探讨不同体位等长运动对女运动员心血管功能的影响。方法:用无创法(阻抗法)测定了34名女柔道运动员心血管功能。结果:与静态卧位相比,除HR、SBP外,坐位时其他指标的差别均显著。在运动状态下,都表现为HR加速(P<0.001),SBP和DBP升高(P<0.001)、LVET。延长(P<0.001)和QS1缩短(P<0.001)。所不同的是卧位运动时QS2、LVET缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01)、IVCT延长(P<0.01),PEP/LVET不变;而坐位运动时则为PEP缩短(P<0.001)和PEP/LVET减小(P<0.01)。结论:不同体位运动时心血管反应特点主要是PEP/LVET、IVCT、PEP和LVET的变化。
Objective: This paper studied the effect of isometric handgrip exercise with dif-ferent p0stures on cardiovascular functions. Methods: The cardiovascular functions were measuredby noninvasive techniques (impedence cardiography). Results: When the values in sitting positionwere compared with that in supine position at rest, except HR and SBP, other cardiovascular func-tion parameters had statistical significance. Both supine and sitting positions exercise, HR was in-creased (P<O. 0O1), SBP and DBP were higher (Pwt0. Ol), LVETc was longer (P<0. OOl), andQS, was shorter (P< O- OOl ). At supine exercise, QS,' LVET were shorter (PwtO. O5, P<O. 0l ), IVCT was 1onger (Pwt0. O1) 1 however sitting exercise PEP was shorter (P<0. OOl) andPEP/LVET was decreased as compare with the values at rest. Conclusi0n:Response characteristicsof isometric handgrip exercise with different postures in Jodo sportswomen are changes of PEP/LVET、IVCT、 PEP and LVET.
