第四脑室注入乙醇对兔呼吸和肾交感神经放电的影响

摘要 目的:研究不同剂量乙醇对家兔呼吸和肾交感神经活动的作用,为临床研究提供实验依据。方法:在乌拉坦静脉麻醉和自主呼吸条件下,向第四脑室内注入不同剂量乙醇,分别观察家兔呼吸和肾交感神经放电的变化。结果:小剂量乙醇可致呼吸呈深快型和浅快型,肾交感神经放电的积分幅度升高和其呼吸节律更加明显。大剂量乙醇可导致呼吸变浅,频率变化不明显;肾交感神经放电的积分幅度变化不显著,但其呼吸节律性放电频率变化与呼吸频率变化一致。结论:小剂量乙醇对呼吸和交感神经系统的活动均有明显兴奋作用,大剂量乙醇主要对呼吸活动产生抑制作用;交感活动的呼吸节律可能源于呼吸中抠。 Objective: To study the effect of alcohol injected into fourth ventricle on renal sympathetic nerve activity and phrenic muscle activity, and provide relevant data for clinical alcohol studies. Methods: The rabbits were spontane0us breathing. Integrated renal sympathetic nerve activity (IRSNA) and phrenic muscle activity (IPMA) were recorded as observed indexes before, and 5, 15, 25, 35 and 45 min after injecti0n. Blood pressure and end-tidal CO2 concentration were instantly monitored- Rectal temperature usually was maintained between 37 and 38 in terms ofCentigrad. Results: Injecting low dose alcohol into the IV ventricle made IPMA increase or decrease significantly, spontaneous respiratory frequency (RF) was increased, and IRSNA was significant1y increase I After injecting high dose alcohol, IPMA decreased, RF and IRSNA were not changed significantly. On the other hand, a respiratory rhythmic discharge of IRSNA was always locked in a l: 1 re1ation with the IPMA- Concluslon: low dose alcohol may excite respiratorycenters directly and vasomoter centers directly or indirectly. Respiratory grouping of RSA may derives from irradiation of the respiratory activity into the brainstem system regu1atingsympathetic outflow.
