大鼠侧位液压冲击脑损伤hsP70mRNA的表达

摘要 目的:研究大鼠侧位液压冲击脑损伤时hsp70mRNA的表达特点及时序性变化。方法:雄性SD大鼠,给以0.2MPa液压冲击脑损伤,应用RT-PCR技术检测不同时间损伤区脑组织hsp70mRNA的含量。结果:脑冲击后smin-30min,hsp70mRNA无明显改变;1~2h,冲击侧大脑皮层和脑干表达增强。结论:倒垃液压冲击脑损伤后,hsP70mRNA在冲击倒大脑皮层和脑干表达,但表达出现时间较晚。 0bjectiveI To study the expression of hsp70mRNA in moderate lateral fluid percussion brain injury in rats, and observe the temporal patterns of the expressions flllowingpercussion. Metbod: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to moderate lateral fluid percussion injury (O. 2MPa) and were then divided into 5 min, l5min, 3Omin, 1h and 2h subgroups according to the time elapsed after injury.The expression of hsp7O mRNA were studied by RT-PCR. Results: There were no changs of the expression of the hsp7OmRNA at 5min-3Omin after percussion. At 1h and 2h after injury, the expression of the hsp7O mRNA in cortex ipsilateral to the percussion and brain stem was increased. Concluslon: The expression of the hsp7OmRNA in both cortex and brain stem after the lateral fluid percussion brain injury were observed ipsilaterally to the percussion. The expression of the hsp7O mRNA in brain stem was earlier and remained longer than that in cortex.
