摘要
目的:体外观察以NK107树脂、NK110树脂、中国活性炭、日本活性炭作为吸附剂对阿霉素的吸附效果。方法:在37℃,分别采用0.249NK107树脂、NK110树脂、中国活性炭、日本活性炭对20ml30μg/ml阿霉素水、血浆进行吸附,应用UV—240型紫外分光光度计及高压液相色谱仪分别检测水、血浆中阿霉素浓度。结果:NK—107树脂、日本活性炭、中国活性炭对阿霉素水、血浆体外吸附120min吸附率分别为85.44%、90.83%、88.90%和86.65%、87.28%、84.82%。而NK110树脂为71.69%和49.60%。结论:NK—107树脂、中国活性炭、日本活性炭对阿霉素吸附效果较好。
Objective: To observe the absorption of adriamycin by NK - 107, NK-110, Chinesecharcoal and Japanese charcoal in uitro.Methods: 0. 24g of NK - 107、NK 110, Chinese charcoaland Japanese charcoal were used separately to absorb a sample of 20ml water solution and plasmacontaining 30pg/ml adriamycin at 37℃. The concentration of adriamycin solution and plasma weremeasured by UV - 240 ultraviolet spectrophotometer and high performance liquid chromatographyseparately. Results: The adsorption rate of NK-107 resin, Chinese charcoal and Japanese charcoalto adriamycin solution after absorbing for 120 min was 85. 44 %. 90. 83%' 88. 90% and that forplasma was 86. 65%, 87. 28% and 84. 82% respectively, but that for NK- 110 resin was 71. 69%and 49. 6O%. Conclusion: NK- 107. Chinese charcoal and Japanese charcoal are able to absorbadriamycin effectively.
