Design an editorial management system with VFP

目的：设计编辑管理系统，提高工作效率。方法：根据编辑工作需要，设计编辑系统结构，使用VisualFoxPro5．0编程，实现系统功能。结果：编辑管理系统由稿件、审槁、发行、财务、信息模块组成。稿件模块完成稿件登记、处理、查询等工作；审稿模块提供审稿专家及相关信息；发行模块完成发行、赠阅等工作；财务模块完成收入、支出的统计工作；信息模块提供学报编辑相关信息及资料。结论：编辑管理系统界面友好、使用方便，可满足日常工作需要。

objective: To design an efficient editorial management system. Method: To designsystem structure for accomplishing system function by Visual FoxPro 5.0. Results: The editorialmanagement system was constituted of modules of article, critical, publish, finance and informa-tion. Registration, handling, inquiry of article could be accomplished with article module; articlescould be commented by experts in critical module; magazine could be published and presented inpublish module; the income and expenses of editorial staff could be stated in financial module andinformation could be communicated in information module. Conclusion: The editorial managementsystem is conveniently with its windows interface and the system can fulfil1 the requirement of dai-ly work and improve the efficiency.
