摘要
目的和方法:介绍红外光谱尿石成分分析方法以及500例尿石成分分析结果。结果:最常见的尿石成分是一水草酸钙(63%),其次是羟基磷灰石(31%),二水草酸钙(15%),尿酸占11%,六磷酸镁铵(5%)和碳酸磷灰石(2%)较少见。结论:文中讨论了红外光谱分析原理,以及尿石成分与年龄、性别的关系。
Objective and methods: To introduce the mothed of urinary stone analysis byinfrared (IR) spectroscopy and the results of 500 urinary calculi analysis. Results: The most commoncomponent was calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) 63%, followed by hydroxyapatite (HAD)31 %, calcium oxalate dihydrate 19%, un cacid 11%, struvite 5% and carbonate apatite 2%Conclusions: The principle of IR spectroscopy and the relations between component of stone andage and sex were discussed.
