正常汉族青年人手部皮肤纹理调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Dermatoglyph in Hands for Normal Han Nationality Young People

目的：通过对154例正常汉族青年手部皮肤纹理调查分析，进一步研究人类手部皮纹分布特点。方法：按照《医学遗传学纲要》一书中规定的标准，观察了各手指纹型、总嵴纹计数、左、右手嵴纹计数、三叉点t位置和掌褶纹形态。对4种主要指纹纹型与国内外有关报道做了相应比较。结果：手指皮肤纹型分布，正箕48．18％，斗形纹47．40％（螺形纹21．4％，环形纹10．58％，囊形纹7．21％，绞形纹5．19％，偏形纹2．92％），反箕2．47％，弓形纹1．95％。总腔纹计数（x±s）为138．36±38．30。左、右手嵴纹计数分别为68．45±18．73和69．93±20．85。三叉点t位置16．37％±5．70％。结论：（1）与欧美人相比，我国汉族青年斗形纹明显为高，而正箕、反箕、弓形纹明显为低。（2）弓形纹、反箕在食指中最多见，正箕在小指中最多见，并形纹在无名指中最多见。（3）本研究结果为人类手部皮纹学的深入探索提供了科学的参考依据。

Objective: On the basis of investigation and analysis for dermatoglyph in handsfor 154 the Han nationality young people, the distributed characteristics of fingerprint in mankindwere further studied. Methods: Various fingerprint types, total ridgeprint count, ridgeprint countof the left hand and the right hand,triadius t position,and form of the palm patterns were observedaccording to the standard described in the book ((Essentials of medical genetics). The main fourtypes of fingerprint were relevantly compared with the results reported abroad and home. Results:The distribution of fingerprint type in hand was ulnar loop 48. 18%, whorl 47. 40% (spiral whorl21. 49%, circular whorl 10. 58%, central pocket whorl 7.21%, twisted double loop 5. 19%,deviated double loop 2. 92% ), radial loop 2. 47% and arch 1. 95 %. Total ridgeprint count was 138. 36l 38. 30. Ridgeprint counts of the left hand and the ight hand were 68. 45±19. 73 and 69. 93±20. 85 respectively. The position of triadius t was 16. 37% ± 5. 70%. Conclusions: (1) Ascompared with European and American, frequency of whorl in Han nationality young people in Chinawas obviously higher, but ulnar loop, radial loop and arch were clearly lower. (2) Arch and radialloop were observed mostly in forefinger, ulnar loop in little finger and whorl in ring finger. (3)Theresults in the researches can provide the scientific references for deeply exploring dermatoglyphicsof hands in mankind.
