In this set of articles the research methods for technical diagnosis often used in gymnastics are introduced. The concept, definition and applied conditions of the methods, such as observation, measuring, molding, experiment, comparison and statistical analysis in the diagnosis of gymnastic techniques are given in details, also including in their practice in teaching and training of gymnastic movements. The laws for how to use these methods in the field of technical diagnosis are summed up.
