摘要
通过美国NBA 和国内CBA 篮球赛中的主要场次的电视录像,结合我国篮球运动实际进行了分析,指出中国篮球技术的落后在于训练体制、教练员队伍、比赛制度、训练指导思想与方法等,存在着与现代篮球运动不相适应之处,并缺乏统一的观念和认识。提出了相应的对策,认为从初级训练到高级训练,都应遵循现代篮球的特点与要求,确立统一的训练指导思想,并在统一的训练方针指导下实施训练。
By some video tape of NBA and CBA,combine the actuality of basketball in China,article analysis in training、coaching、game system and guidelines. It points out there are some technical straggling between the Chinese basketball and basketball of the moment,and suggests to adopt consistent with the sports of the moment.
