我院大学英语教学现状分析

The Current Situation of College English Teaching and Learning in an Institute of PE

从生源状况、学习环境、师资力量、教学要求和考核制度等方面分析了我院大学英语教学的现状,指出教学中存在的问题。

This paper is an analysis of the current situation of college English teaching and learning in an institute of physical education. It shows that there exist problems in such aspects as the English levels of the enrollees, the environment for English teaching and learning, the quantity and quality of the faculty, the course requirements for the students, and the testing system. Tentative suggestions are put forward on the basis of the analysis.
