摘要
本文采用电感偶合等离子光谱法(ICP/AES),对山西省7个地市(大同、忻州、太原、榆次、临汾、离石和运城)体校的青少年女运动员头发中的6种元素(Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、K、Mg)进行了对比分析,结果表明:(1)头发是一种可用来检测机体元素水平的理想材料(回收率:92.03%-103.35%;%RSD<3.08)。(2)在7个地市中,除Zn元素之外的5种元素含量都存在有地域性差异(P<0.05)。(3)分析结果提示应增力。青少年女运动员膳食中Fe、Cu、Zn的含量,其中又以Cu、Zn为主。(4)人体是一个复杂的有机体,身体中的元素变化不仅与基础膳食和生理状况有关,而且还与人文地理环境有着密切的相关关系。
The purpose of this paper and analyze the elements (Ca,Fe,Zn,Cu,K,Mg )in hair of Shanxi province with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP/AES). The results showed that:(1)The hair is an ideal material for studying and analyzing element in human body (recovery rate:92.03%-103.35%;%RSD<3.08).(2)Among the cities, all the elements content showed significant difference except Zn(P<0.05).(3)The athletes should take food rich in Fe, Cu, Zn. (4)The variation of elements was influctuated by environment, foundational diet and physiological situation.
