摘要
本文对49例进行性肌营养不良症(PMD)中的DMD、LG、FSH三型进行了血清CPK、LDH、GOT及GPT四种酶活性测定与分析。结果在PMD中的四种酶以CPK活性升高最为显著,其中DMD型的CPK活性显著高于正常对照组、神经元性疾病组(P<0.001),其升高率为100%;DMD型的CPK活性也显著高于LG与FSH型(P<0.05,P<0.01)。说明血清CPK活性的测定可作DMD型诊断中一项灵敏而实用的酶学指标,对DMD与神经无性疾病以及LG、FSH两型肌病的鉴别诊断也有一定的临床应用价值。
The activity of serum CPK,LDH,GOT and GPT was determined in 49 case of progressive muscular dystrophy(PMD).The results show the elevation of the activity of CPK in PMD is the most significant among four kinds of enzymes; the activity of CPK in DMD patients is significantly higher than that in normal control, motor neurone disease group (P<0.001),P<0.001); there is also significant difference of activity of CPK between DMD and LG, FSH types(P<0.05, P<0.01). Our results Btrongly support that determining the activity of CPK in serum is one of sensitive and practical index in the diagnosis of DMD, and it is good for the clinical differentical diagnosis of DMD with the LG,FSH and motor neurone disease.
