用自行研制的手动洗胃机为１４３例患者洗胃，在单位时间内的洗胃量、住院天数和阿托品用量上，与电动洗胃机组差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。用此机洗胃的优点是不需电源，只要有水就可抢救患者，操作简单，使用安全，无超压、超量的危险，不会损伤患者的胃，而且洗胃速度快，每分钟进水量可达３０００ｍｌ，加水排污不需停机。
