略论哈尔滨体育学院北方办学特色

Discussion on the Feature of Northern Running Institutes of Harbin Physical Education Institute

高等学校办学特色是办学的一个重要问题,办出特色首先必须确立学校的办学重点,没有重点就没有特色。从哈体院在全国体院所处的位置、冰雪运动是哈体院传统教学内容、冰雪运动专业人才结构等方面论述了哈体院应以冰雪专业为重点,并带动其他专业学科协调互动共同发展的北方办学特色。并就如何培养适应社会主义市场经济下的体育专业优质人才,进一步完善北方办学特色提出对策性意见。

Running a feature of high institutes is an important problem of running institutes. The feature must be on base of establishing the main points of running institutes. There is no feature without main points. From the positions among the all physical culture institutes of whole nations, the winter sports which is the traditional teaching contents of Harbin Physical Education Institute must be the main point of Harbin Physical Education Institute. It should promote the other specialities to coordinate, and develop the feature of northern running institute. How to develop the physical personnels to adapt the markect economy of the socialist, the author put forward the courtermeasure suggestions to perfect the feature of northern running institute.
