摘要
采用调查与实验相结合的研究方法,对提高女子举重运动员上拉力量的训练方法进行了探讨。结果显示,不同年龄的选手,应采用不同的训练方法,对水平较好的选手采用绝对力量与速度力量相结合的训练方法,效果较好。
By combining investigations and experiments, the authors explore the training method of improving the pullstrength of women's weightlifters. The results show that the weightlifters of various age sets can be trained by different train-ing methods. Better effects have been obtained when the training method of combining absolute strength and speed strength isused for more excellent weightlifters.
