建国后30年的巴尔扎克研究主要集中在"十七年"时期,与以往相比,该阶段研究文章和研究人员的数量有所发展但进步不大,集中性为主要表征。引进国外研究成果仍是重要构成。对巴尔扎克现实主义的研讨重点围绕作者的"世界观和创作方法"等展开。整个研究留下了鲜明的时代印记。

During the 30 years after the foundation of the People＇s Republic of China, the research on Balzac mainly focases on the ＂the period of seventeen years＂. Comparing with the previous periods, the research achieved some progress in this stage but not great. The features in this stage are as follows： there are a great deal of increase in the number of articles and researchers, the main presentation is concentration, the introduction of the research fruits of foreign countries in this field still covers the primary position, the discussion regarding the authors＇ ＂outlook and the approach of creation＂ is the core on Balzac＇ s realism. In conclusion, all the research has the distinctive mark of that age.
