摘要 教师能否适应新课程改革并主动参与实施新课程是改革能否成功的关键,且各地改革实施的差异对教育改革的全面高素质推进影响很大。民族地区小学数学新课程改革进行中的教师适应性情况是新课程推行几年后必须注意的问题,这一问题的有关信息是新课程进一步推行的咨询依据。论文通过问卷和访谈的方法对遵义少数民族地区的小学数学教师进行调查研究,对调查结果进行了原因分析,并对提高遵义民族地区小学数学教师新课程适应性提出了自己的建议。 Whether a teacher can or can not adapt to and participate in actively and implement the new curricular reform is the key to sucess or failuro and the reform implementation differing from area to area affects the improvement of the allround character education heavily. The adaptabilities of mathematics teachers to the new curricular reform should be stressed after the reform implemented for years anyway. Information concenfing this problem is to be basis for further advocation of the reform. This article made a survey to the math teachers in primary schools in Zunyi minority nationality inbabitating areas by questionairing and interviewing.It analyzed the reasons for the result and suggested some ways to improve adaptabilities of the teachers in those areas.
