摘要
The present study is to determine Estradiol in sheep placenta powder by radio immunoassay. The relative standard deviation was 2 3%～9 8%, the average rate of recovery was 102 9%. The sensitivity and specificity of this method were high. This method can be applied to determine estradiol in health protective food.
