三峡工程水轮机几个重大技术问题的决策 被引量:5

摘要 由于三峡工程水轮机技术上的复杂性和挑战性,在左岸电站14台机组国际招标文件已明确了若干重大技术问题的基础上,在机组议评标阶段,对招标文件进行分析和投标商对投标文件进行澄清说明后,经评议比选,业主又决策了几个重大技术问题,主要有:水轮机设计水头的确定,负倾角叶片水轮机的应用,两套水力设计,舍弃初期转轮,蜗壳进行水压试验等。至此,三峡水轮机重大技术问题的解决已原则上落实。这些重大技术问题的解决将大大促进国际上水轮机技术的发展和我国水轮机制造业的技术进步。 Because of the technical complexity of the turbine for the Three Gorges Project and on the basis of several important technical problems which have been defined in the international bidding documents for 14 generating units in the left bank power station, the Owner of the project has decided another some important technical problems based on appraisal and comparison in the bid appraisal stage after the bidding documents are analyzed and the tender documents are cleared by the tenderers. Such problems mainly include: the determination of the turbine design head, the application of the turbine with negative angle runner, two sets of hydraulic design, no initial runner, water pressure test for spiral case, etc.. Up to now, the important technology problems of turbine for Three Gorges Project has been fundamentally completed. The solution of such these important technical problems will greatly promote the development of international turbine technology and the progress of the manufacturing technology in China.
