摘要
轴流式水轮机在含沙水流中运行时,常遭到泥沙磨损和磨蚀破坏。通过对新庄、枣渠、绥德、且末4个水电站的磨蚀破坏部件的修复、转轮叶片测型与修型、叶片头部割圆角、叶片外缘加裙边、头部加导流板等抗磨蚀措施的综合治理,取得较好效果,使机组出力增加、抗磨蚀能力提高。
When the axial flow turbine operates in sand loaded rivers, it frequently suffers the sand wear and abrasion. Through repairing the worn parts of four hydropower stations of Xinzhuang, Zaoqi, Suide and Qiemo, and taking some comprehensive anti abrasion measures, such as checking and repairing the runner blade, cutting the head of blade into round shape, adding an apron to the outer edge of blade and increasing a guiding plate in the head of blade, a good effectiveness has been gained so that it increases the output of generating unit and enhances the abrasion resistant capacity.
