The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of heparin on recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator(rtPA) .After the rtPA was treated with heparin, the heparin rtPA compared with the native rtPA shows that the fibrinogenolytic activity was enhanced about 50%～90% in vitro, the half life was prolonged about 1 min in animal model of rabbit, and the ability of resist heat was also higher.
