介绍了山东工程学院通过建立教师教学档案工作,对教师提高学术水平,进而促进教学质量提高的一些作法。
This article introduces some ways of Shandong College of Engineering in improving teachers' academic level and promoting the improvement of teaching quality through setting up teachers' teaching files.
