摘要
针对我国高等工科教育的培养目标,提出了文化构成是素质教育的基础;专业知识构成是素质教育的关键及能力构成是素质教育的体现等三要素。
In view of the training target of higher engineering education in China,it is pointed out that culture,professional knowledge and capability are the three elements that respectively constitute the foundation,crux and embodiment of quality education.
